About the Role
Job Description
To support FP&A & FRA Manager/Country Operations Teams in delivering superior financial and sales performance by:
· Gaining understanding of the business and operational model, sales channels, therapy areas and brands
· Providing visibility to the organization and sales teams through Sales Dashboards, manage the data & periodical updates
· Supporting Gross to Net Sales process and month-end closing for sales reduction accruals, reconciling periodically to ensure sufficient balance
· Closely collaborating with Finance, Country Operations and Supply Chain teams
· Following up closely any price changes/additions and update price lists accordingly
· Help develop slides for performance discussions with management team during budget cycles
· Support the FRA team with the external Audits (KPMG).
· Following up on the source to pay optimization actions and attending the weekly calls.
· Monitoring the MENA FRA KPIs and work closely with the FRA team on the accruals revisions and closing checks.
• Go through a thorough onboarding and understanding of Novartis’ different functions including but not limited to Sales & Marketing, Medical, Value & Access as well as support functions.
• Participate and lead key projects across the organization.
• Build your management skills.

Eligible applicants:

Education:
· Finance, Economics, Business Administration or Accounting degree qualification
Experience:
· 0-3 years of Finance experience, preferably in an MNC.
