Support IT Governance Practitioners across a process domain. Responsible to ensure that IT Governance Practitioners are following the right process management standards across a process domain

Location: Prague, Czech Republic #LI-Hybrid

About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Drive operational excellence for a major ERP Business transformation program (implementing S/4 Hana)
  • End to end ownership of Lessons Learned approach (including alignment with function leads, identify the mitigation actions and track for closure) for major business transformation program
  • Governance of LDC Training Methodology, ensure compliance and support team to meet the training expectations
  • Oversite on Data Migration approach and coach team for any data migration related topics from compliance perspective
  • Support Testing from compliance and validation perspective (test planning, scoping, test case writing, execution, documentation, defect management) and maintain traceability
  • Maintain LDC deliverable templates and ensure adherence to organizational standards
  • Participate in the Go/No-Go decision process for country-specific implementations
  • Involve in ERP SOP and Work Instruction reviews and alignment with program methodologies
  • Support of audits and inspections (documentation, approaches, queries etc.)
  • When potential compliance gaps are identified, drive the identification of CAPA actions and proactively track closure of observed gaps wherever required
  • In close collaboration with other M&T team members, actively pursue improvement opportunities in M&T (automation and simplification)

Required background:

  • Hands-on experience with defining and managing compliance approach for ERP systems
  • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Experience with Computer System Validation
  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders in a global matrix environment
  • Compliance, audit, or quality management background in a GxP industry
  • Self-starter, driven and highly committed
  • Structured, yet agile where priorities require it
  • Excellent communicator

Desired skills:

  • Experience of working in major programs in a GxP regulated environment.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA and SAP Solution Manager (Solman and Document Navigator)
  • Working knowledge of test management tool (ALM)
