About the Role
Major Accountabilities:
- Act as the strategic IT partner for regional Development leaders, aligning technology with business priorities.
- Lead IT demand intake and escalation resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication across teams.
- Support audits and inspections by coordinating IT compliance efforts and delivering required documentation.
- Drive adoption of global IT initiatives, tailoring implementation to local needs and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Collaborate with Novartis COEs and third-party providers to deliver regional IT projects across Development units.

- グローバルIT施策の導入を支援し、地域ニーズに応じたスムーズな展開を実現する
- ノバルティスのCOEや外部ベンダーと連携し、開発部門全体のローカルプロジェクトを推進する
Requirements:
- Proven ability to influence without authority and build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional, cross-regional collaborations in a complex matrix environment.
- Deep understanding of IT compliance, validation, and quality management in regulated pharmaceutical settings.
- Familiarity with IT service and governance frameworks such as ITIL.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Japanese and Chinese capability is plus.
- Experience supporting IT initiatives in a GxP/GCP-regulated environment is Plus
- Familiarity with similar global pharmaceutical IT ecosystems is welcomed

- 英語および中国語での優れたコミュニケーション能力（口頭・書面）
- GxP/GCP規制環境下でのIT施策支援経験
- ノバルティスのITデリバリーモデル、または同様のグローバル製薬企業でのIT経験
- 英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力（口頭・書面）日本語と英語ができれば尚可
