About the Role
• Develop and execute the Franchise Medical Strategy aligned with global and regional strategy including integrated planning for launch readiness, lifecycle management and patient access
• Translate strategy into an operational medical plan for the country or cluster.
• Lead and develop the Franchise Medical team (Medical leads, MSLs, etc.).
• Ensure strong alignment with commercial, regulatory, and access strategies.
• Maintain high standards of medical and scientific credibility within the organization.
• Oversee medical information, evidence generation, and scientific exchange with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance and regulatory standards.
• Provide medical insights to shape clinical practice and healthcare policy.
• Support and oversee: Clinical trials (Phase I–IV),Investigator-initiated studies (IITs), Non-interventional studies (NIS)
Requirements:
- MD/MBBS/PharmD/PhD in Lifesciences. MBA is a plus
- More than 10 years’ experience in Medical Affairs function in pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with specialty products
- Experience and familiar with healthcare landscape in Saudi Arabia
- Significant leadership experience, and proven ability to manage, team with, and motivate employees of diverse backgrounds
