About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and deployment of data products and solutions across global teams.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through rapid prototyping and iterative delivery methods.
- Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of data platforms and services enterprise-wide.
- Align data innovation strategies with business objectives, IT roadmap, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain partnerships to strengthen data capabilities and ecosystem integration.
- Oversee governance, timelines, and deployment strategies for data-driven initiatives.
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, customer-centric solutions.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience delivering global data solutions at scale.
- Proven leadership in matrix environments with strong collaboration across boundaries.
- Expertise in AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake service offerings.
- Hands-on experience with data lake projects, including acquisition, transformation, and publishing.
- Strong foundation in analytical data lifecycle management and governance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
