About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local medical strategy aligned with global product plans
- Lead identification of patient journey drivers and barriers to improve outcomes
- Build partnerships with healthcare professionals and scientific leaders
- Drive integrated evidence generation and support real-world evidence initiatives
- Oversee medical education programs and national disease awareness campaigns
- Provide internal medical guidance and training across cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with Novartis standards and local regulations in all activities
Essential Requirements
- Advanced degree (MD, MSc, or PhD) in medical or life sciences
- Proven experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry in a medical role
- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Expertise in medical strategy, evidence generation, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize resources effectively
