About the Role

~ 合并和跟踪项目终止计划
~ 制定运营目标和工作计划，并将任务委托给下属。高级管理层审查目标，以确定运营成功与否。
~ 定期与高级管理层或高管就多个职能领域、部门和/或客户有关的事项进行互动。
~ 在选择方法、技术和评估标准以取得结果时实施战略策略。
~ 建立并确保遵守预算、时间表、工作计划和绩效要求。
~ 促进并经常领导部门目标和目的的发展。
~ 作为全球项目团队的核心成员，在指定产品的主要市场制定全球科学发展战略，并提交和批准。
~ 在收到诺华产品后24小时内报告与诺华产品相关的技术投诉/不良事件/特殊情况
~ 营销样本的分发（如适用）
