About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive scientifically sound, business-driven project strategies for assigned programs.
  • Guide and lead teams to achieve program goals, resolve issues, and plan contingencies.
  • Oversee operational management, including project planning, execution, and documentation.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to objectives and performance standards.
  • Identify project bottlenecks and propose effective solutions to maintain progress.
  • Act as liaison with alliance partners and external thought leaders to ensure stakeholder requirements are met.
  • Represent the area as a core member in global project teams, shaping scientific strategy for product development.

Essential Requirements

  • Medical Degree (preferred)
  • Proven experience in cross-cultural environments and collaborating across boundaries.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and operational execution.
  • Strong background in regulatory submissions and compliance.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in resource allocation, risk management, and time management.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience leading global scientific strategy for product development and regulatory submissions.
  • Advanced proficiency in clinical research and innovation within cross-functional teams.
