We are seeking a strategic and scientifically driven Clinical Research Medical Advisor to lead country-level clinical and medical activities across Development and prioritized Research programs. This role provides clinical leadership, ensures trial feasibility, and drives high-quality execution of clinical trials. You will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize trial implementation, recruitment, and safety standards, while delivering a superior experience to investigators and stakeholders.
This role is based in Taipei, Taiwan. Novartis is unable

About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead country clinical strategy and execution for assigned trials and programs.
- Provide expert input on study design, feasibility, and clinical documentation.
- Drive investigator engagement and recruitment strategies.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and data quality.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support trial success.
- Deliver high-quality clinical insights and training across teams.
- Represent Clinical Development in regulatory and scientific forums.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in medicine or life sciences.
- Proven experience in clinical development and trial execution.
- Strong understanding of GCP, ICH, and country-specific regulations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence across teams.
