About the Role
~ 担任研究特定活动的全球临床经理或国家/地区/事业群领导者
~ 负责试验监测、外部质量和临床监测活动的合规性，这些活动与研究人员的医疗中心资质、起步和试验开展（招募、质量数据收集）有关。
~ 确保遵守临床数据标准、现行法律、GCP、道德委员会和SOP要求
~ 制定运营目标和工作计划，并将任务分配至下属。
~ 定期与高级管理层或执行层就涉及多个职能领域和/或客户的事项进行沟通
~ 在选择获取结果的方法、技术和评估标准时实施战略性政策。
~ 制定并确保遵守预算、进度、工作计划和绩效要求。

~ 可能需要审查并签署监测访问报告
~ 在收到诺华产品后24小时内报告与诺华产品相关的技术投诉/不良事件/特殊情况
~ 营销样本的分发（如适用）
