About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and proactive support to the GL, TCM team & In country team.
- Maintain accurate and timely fixed Cash volume & value information in the fixed register and perform GL reconciliation.
- Prepare analysis or reporting with particular emphasis on accuracy, compliance and timeliness of data provided.
- Work with direct managers, stakeholders to support financial activities, decision making and general projects
- Contribute to FRA projects at country or BU level.
- Coordinate with process SME’s on technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios.
- Provide all data needed for internal and External Audits as and when required within the stipulated timelines
Essential Requirements:
- University Degree in Commerce or Business Administration; MBA or M.Com preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in handling cash applications.
- Hands-on experience with SAP / S4HANA; familiarity with HighRadius is a plus.
- Strong grasp of accounting concepts, including GL reconciliations and account balancing.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
