About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting and negotiating contracts.
- Managing litigation.
- identifying legal risks, and offering actionable solutions.
- The role also mentors junior staff, oversees projects like licensing and divestments, and ensures compliance with statutory requirements.
Essential Requirements:
- Law school graduated
- At least 5 years of experience as Senior Legal Manager, working in Law firms or multinational companies.
- knowledge of business development, data privacy, finance, and tax law.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proven ability to focus on solutions.
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, and experience working in cross-functional teams, demonstrating professional and culturally sensitive work ethics.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
Desirable Requirements:
- Work experience in Pharma Industry
