About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive identification and scaling of strategic partnerships and solutions aligned with business priorities
  • Pilot innovative methodologies and digital tools to enhance evidence generation impact and scalability
  • Recommend fit-for-purpose data and integrated evidence solutions to support product access and adoption
  • Translate evidence generation needs into scalable technology requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Connect internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent implementation of advanced solutions
  • Promote adoption of novel scientific methods including pragmatic studies and hybrid trial models
  • Develop learning content and toolkits to support new evidence capabilities across global teams
  • Build and evaluate partnerships with medical societies, academic institutes, and data owners
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in partnership and solution development
  • Maintain data quality and integrity across research initiatives in alignment with global best practices

Essential Requirements

  • Advanced degree or equivalent education/degree in life science/healthcare required. MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 10 years experience and 5 years’ in pharma, academic research, or healthcare with focus on evidence generation
  • Proven expertise in interventional and non-interventional trial design and RWE methodologies
  • Strong understanding of global regulatory and access environments
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex scientific concepts
  • Experience working across geographies and navigating global healthcare systems

Desirable Requirements

  • Prior experience in strategic partnerships and alliances, including managing external scientific collaborations
  • Strong leadership background in international, multidisciplinary drug development or country-level product teams
