About the Role
Position Title: Spec. Projects DDIT Dev. GCO
Role Purpose:
- Support the design, deployment and delivery of low priority projects (determined by budget, timeline and stakeholder) or project work streams providing IT solutions that meet business requirements
- Contribute to maintaining control of progress, quality, and budget to meet the desired business objectives
- Support project deliverables meet quality and compliance standards, including thorough documentation with timely reviews and approvals
- Support smooth transition to operations and the optimal planning and execution of all activities associated with a release
- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and analyze variances to maintain financial integrity and align with organizational goals
- Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts, perform monthly financial reconciliations in UBM for all projects under the portfolio.
- Collaborate and work closely with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from project initiation to transition to operations
- Monitor and control project execution, establish project governance, managing scope, risks and issues
- Support effective use of resources and project management methods, tools and practices
- Support projects on time and within budget and to meet the desired business objectives
- Support transparent and accurate project reporting including overall performance of the project and project documentation completion
- Support adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Project Management service scope
- Collaborate effectively with other teams, DDIT Functions and Domains in the organization, as well as strategic suppliers providing services to the project

Education & Qualifications:
- University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, business or similar OR relevant experience
Experience:
- Prior experience in delivering GxP solutions within GDD Clinical IT landscape is desirable
- Knowledge of clinical development operations systems, processes and tools is desirable
- Ability to work and collaborate in matrixed teams to deliver projects with interdependencies like integration components
- Experience using various project management methodologies including Agile
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Capability to help the Program lead / portfolio lead to structure plan, estimate, deliver, deploy and operate the project as required
- 6+ years of experience in Project Management
- Ideally this would include experience of these areas in regulated environments, because of the high impact of quality and controls in the Pharmaceutical industry. This could include non-Life Sciences work
