About the Role
Major accountabilities:
- Accountable for supporting and delivering the TA sales, market share, and profitability to meet or exceed budget targets.
- Deploys strategies to achieve business’s goals, maintain/improve sales, profit and market share consistent with the overall organization goals.
- Manages sales and marketing teams to include thorough and well-coordinated input into brand strategy and ensure close integration and tactical execution in field.
- Supports local Marketing product and Sales strategy in terms of allocating resources, portfolio priorities and brand image.
- Develops close collaborative relationships with external customers as well as internal customers to support medical and commercial activities.
- Responsible for the budget and financial perfomance of the unit.
- Ensures alignment to all Ethics, Risk & Compliance policies and manages key processes.
Key performance indicators:
- Operational Excellence (Delivery against development milestones, Product launch success) -Financial & Business results (Revenue growth, Profitability, Market share) -People, Capabilities, and Management (Our Voice survey, Talent development, talent acquisition, Culture, D&I KPIs, Succession Plans strength, High profile turnover, Code of Ethics)

Salary from this position is starting from: 4200.00 EUR gross monthly + company granted bonuses.
