About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Drive national clinical operations strategy aligned with global and cluster-level objectives.
- Oversee trial feasibility, allocation, and execution across all study phases.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality clinical data and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams, including managers and enabling functions.
- Optimize site selection and engagement to enhance trial performance.
- Monitor and manage performance metrics, quality indicators, and CAPAs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on portfolio strategy and execution.
- Manage country-level budget, headcount, and productivity targets.
- Foster a culture of compliance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Represent Study & Site Operations in strategic discussions with medical and commercial leaders.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences; advanced degree in science or business preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in clinical research, including trial planning and execution.
- At least 4 years in a people management role within a clinical or pharmaceutical setting.
- Deep understanding of clinical development, trial monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and complex communications.
- Strong knowledge of international standards (GCP/ICH) and local health authority regulations.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

- Demonstrated success in driving innovation and continuous improvement in clinical operations.
