About the Role

Your Key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Facilitate the monthly demand review cycle and meeting to challenge demand figures based on historical data and product life cycle information
• Ensure the forecast is based on clearly stated assumptions, with accurate and up-to-date information from all impacted areas, including options, risks and mitigation actions.
• Check and ensure Forecast Manager (Market Manager) to update the demand in the Forecasting Tool at SKU level for the complete future period within the defined timeline
• Work with BPA for Integrated Reconciliation (IR) to review key figures derived by the new demand scenario and determine gaps from latest financial plan and budget / LF and strategic business objectives
• Support SCM Head to ensure that the information for the Management Business Review (MBR) is prepared and available for MBR participants to review prior to the meeting.
• Material Requirement Planning and Inventory Management for imported finished products by applying Material Requirement Planning.
• Coordinate global HUB delivery, importation, good receipt, drug test, QA release and distribution plan with all relevant functions, in order to meet the demand for imported Finish Products.
• Perform inventory management and control to achieve inventory targets for imported finish product. Work with Novartis and External sites to ensure on time product supply based on short/mid-term demand plan and achieve inventory target.

Role Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
• University degree in Materials Management, Logistics, Economics, Science, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• 5-8 years experience in SMC/Logistics in preferably • Solid understanding of SAP
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical operations, customer focus, result orientation, problem solving and analytical thinking
• Good communication to Stakeholder
