近日，诺华公布了ALIGN III期研究的2.5年终期数据，在IgA肾病（IgAN）成人患者中，与安慰剂相比，盐酸阿曲生坦片可减缓肾功能的下降速率。该结果已发表于《柳叶刀》杂志，并在欧洲肾脏协会（ERA）大会上公布。

估算肾小球滤过率（eGFR）较基线的变化结果显示：盐酸阿曲生坦片治疗具有优势，并且在整个治疗期间，使尿蛋白持续降低。无论是采用不同的肾功能评估指标，还是在同时接受钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白2（SGLT2）抑制剂治疗的患者中，其获益均保持一致1,2。

盐酸阿曲生坦片已于2025年在美国和中国获得加速批准，用于降低成人IgAN患者的蛋白尿5,6。诺华计划以这些数据支持其于2026年申请常规批准。

**关于IgAN**

IgAN是一种进行性的自身免疫性肾脏疾病，全球每年每百万人中约有25人新确诊7,8。IgAN具有较高致残性，可导致肾脏微小滤过结构发生炎症、蛋白尿升高，以及eGFR逐步下降9。持续性蛋白尿的患者中，多达50%会在确诊后10至20年内进展为肾衰竭，通常需要透析或肾移植作为长期疾病管理的一部分8-13。
