About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
• Drives Cutover planning, including preparation, execution, and reporting from a business integration perspective, and supports planning with IT Cutover Manager to ensure business dependencies are defined and handled
• Ensures country Business Go-live Contingency plans are ready and defines business resource requirements during blackout, Hypercare, and transition to post-Hypercare support
• Supports developing, managing, and communicating Cutover and Hypercare plans with concerned business parties
• Plans and tracks Go-live readiness to ensure Go/No-Go meetings are passed for Cutover, Hypercare, and business readiness items, and schedules ongoing readiness review sessions
• Co-hosts Cutover and Hypercare daily calls (during focused periods) with IT counterpart, driving Business Readiness and Business Ramp-up
• Ensures business resources are available and contactable during Cutover and Hypercare periods
• Acts as business escalation point for Cutover and Hypercare issues, supporting resolution and identifying & mitigating risks to minimize disruptions
• Drives Hypercare KPI reporting target definition and alignment with business stakeholders, executes and communicates KPI reporting, and captures learnings from post-cutover reviews to enable scaling and automation for future rollouts.
Main Requirements:
•Strong, global project management skills
•Good communication and negotiation skills
•Solid SAP business process understanding. ERP project implementation background (preferred)
•Able to zoom in & zoom out to articulate big picture messages while managing details
•Cross-functional expertise/knowledge and strong leadership. Thrives in international and matrix-based organizations
•Ability to drive results and meeting project deadlines
•Experience managing people and large virtual teams
•Fluent English (additional languages preferred)
•Strategic and Hands on way of working (running meetings, tracking progress, managing issues & risks)
