Kot Direktor terapevtskih področij boste odgovorni za vodenje, upravljanje in spodbujanje rasti terapevtskih področij, ki se osredotočajo na ključne prednostne portfelje. Nadzirali boste izvajanje načrtov pred lansiranjem, med lansiranjem in rastjo na vseh področjih (dostop, poslovna odličnost in izvajanje/medicinske/javne zadeve). Razvijali boste uspešnost ekipe za ključne stranke in trženje ter vzpostavljali trajnostne in trajne poslovne odnose s ključnimi strankami/deležniki. We are seeking a Therapeutic Area (TA) Head to lead, manage, and drive the growth of therapeutic areas aligned with our key priority portfolio. This role will oversee the execution of pre-launch, launch, and growth strategies across all line functions, including Access, Business Excellence, Execution, Medical, and Public Affairs.
The TA Head will build and develop a high-performing Key Accounts and Marketing team, fostering sustainable and long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Responsibilities include delivering market share and profitability within agreed budgets, implementing innovative operational models, and ensuring compliance with legislation, internal policies, and best practices.
This position typically leads a revenue organization covering both Key Accounts and Marketing activities, with direct responsibility for the TA’s P&L and strategic and operational decisions. Additionally, the role involves managing and developing associates to achieve business objectives.

Vaše ključne odgovornosti:
- Zagotavljati uspešnost blagovne znamke TA z spodbujanjem rasti prioritetnega portfelja v tržnem deležu in dobičkonosnosti za doseganje ali preseganje proračunskih ciljev.
- Lokalizirati in izvajati globalno strategijo s prevajanjem globalnih načrtov TA v taktično blagovno znamko in lansiranjem pobud na lokalni ravni.
- Zagotavljati nemoteno sodelovanje med oddelki za dostop, medicino, javne zadeve in druge funkcije.
- Spodbujanje rasti portfelja z upravljanjem življenjskega cikla, lansiranjem novih izdelkov, razširitvijo linij in strateškimi partnerstvi.
- Izvajanje inovativnih komercialnih modelov in strategij vstopa na trg v skladu z razvijajočimi se poslovnimi potrebami.
- Razvijati strateške odnose s strankami s ključnimi strankami, zdravniki, plačniki in KOL-ji ter hkrati zagotavljati skladnost.
- Upravljanje poslovnega izida in izgube ter uspešnosti ekipe, spodbujanje kulture visokih rezultatov, razvoja talentov in inovativnih poslovnih strategij.
- Podpirati strateški razvoj portfelja, vključno s napovedovanjem, uvajanjem licenc in upravljanjem življenjskega cikla v sodelovanju z globalnimi/regionalnimi ekipami
Vaš doprinos k delovnem mestu:
- Univerzitetna diploma iz medicine, bioscience ali poslovanja (dodatno izobraževanje iz medicine, biosciences ali poslovanja je prednost).
- Zaželeno popolno strokovno znanje angleščine, slovenskega jezika
- 5+ let izkušenj na področju prodaje in marketinga v farmacevtski industriji
- Dokazana sposobnost uspešnih lansiranj
- Močna usmerjenost v rezultate in miselnost rasti
- Dokazane empatične vodstvene sposobnosti in izkušnje pri sprejemanju sprememb in spodbujanju inovacij
Zaželene izkušnje:
- Znanje iz nevroznanosti, imunologije in/ali kardiologije

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver TA brand performance by driving growth of the priority portfolio in market share and profitability to meet or exceed budget targets.
- Localize and execute global strategy by translating global TA plans into tactical brand and launch initiatives at the local level.
- Lead cross-functional execution of prioritized tactics, ensuring seamless collaboration across Access, Medical, Public Affairs, and other functions.
- Drive portfolio growth through lifecycle management, new product launches, line extensions, and strategic partnerships.
- Implement innovative commercial models and go-to-market strategies in alignment with evolving business needs.
- Develop strategic customer relationships with key accounts, physicians, payors, and KOLs while ensuring compliance.
- Manage P&L and team performance, fostering a high-performing culture, talent development, and innovative commercial strategies.
- Support strategic portfolio development including forecasting, in-licensing, and lifecycle management in collaboration with global/regional teams.
Essential Requirements:
- University degree in medicine, bioscience, or business (further education in medicine, bioscience, or business is an advantage).
- Full professional proficiency in English, Slovenian language desirable
- 5+ years' experience in sales and marketing roles in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven ability to drive successful launches
- Strong results orientation and growth mindset
- Demonstrated empathetic leadership skills and experience embracing change and driving innovation
Desirable Requirements:
- Knowledge in Neuro, Immunology and/or Cardio
