About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Direct internal and external project teams to achieve milestones on time and within budget.
- Drive adherence to security, compliance, and project management standards across all activities.
- Facilitate project meetings, track decisions, and manage risks, issues, and escalations effectively.
- Ensure smooth transition of projects to operations with optimal planning and execution.
- Monitor project KPIs to guarantee quality, customer satisfaction, and successful deployments.
- Manage financial aspects of projects, ensuring cost control and value delivery.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience leading large, multi-functional teams in complex IT projects.
- Strong financial management and budgeting skills.
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to manage stakeholder engagement and resolve challenges effectively.
- Proficiency in change management and risk mitigation strategies.
- Excellent decision-making and communication skills in English.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with global IT project delivery in a regulated industry.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
