Join our team at our Istanbul Kurtköy site as a Material Planning Specialist. You’ll ensure material availability for production, manage forecasts and MRP reports, and coordinate with procurement, logistics, and vendors for on-time delivery. Drive supplier performance, monitor critical inventories, minimize write-offs, and support productivity projects.

About the Role

Major Accountabilities:

  • Arrange stock availability with minimum cost and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Determine long range forecasts and material needs to ensure no stockouts of materials in scope.
  • Run of MRP reports to ensure appropriate stock levels for materials in scope.
  • Coordinate with procurement, quality, transportation, internal warehouses and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and receipt of materials in scope
  • Participation in productivity projects.
  • Ensure material availability in line with the approved production plan.
  • Lead action plans to achieve supplier delivery performance targets and drive for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure effective monitoring of critical material inventories are maintained.
  • Tracking of PV changes for materials in scope and taking required actions.
  • Minimize the write off to reduce cost.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Chemistry, Chemicial Engineering or equivalent scientific degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience in GMP manufacturing relevant to the specialist area of expertise
  • Proven process understanding (Pharma, GMP, Regulatory aspects)
  • English in proficiency
