About the Role
~ 确保在特定业务领域内实现财务战略目标，监督FRA专家小组的表现和发展。
~ 确保财务报告流程（实际数据、预算和最新估计）和体系的完整性、可行性和互操作性，包括税务、库存、公司控制权、付款与采购数据。
~ 管理与运行实际数据和预测数据的基础报告流程，保证质量和时间进度。
~ 及时、准确地提供财务会计服务和数据，包括固定资产、现金活动和撤资活动；确保为相关个人和外部机构提供合适的信息。
~ 管理审计报告流程，确保各项税务相关报告合规（例如： 增值税、企业所得税、职工所得税）；为内部和外部机构提供必要的数据。
~ 管理SAP和BW向本地用户提供常规信息的流程，并使之自动化，针对SAP中的财务和控制模块履行“超级用户”职责。
~ 监督当前报告系统（SAP、BW、Excel）的开发和维护工作；整合其他要求和公司不断变化的需求，以最经济、最有效的方式完成实际数据、预算、最新估计数据和中期计划的报告流程。
~ 进行临时和常规‘会计/管理’信息与质量财务分析，以满足全球需求和组织需求。
~ 收到后 24 小时内报告与诺华产品相关的技术投诉/不良事件/特殊情况
~ 营销样本的分发（适用）
