Step into a role where your strategic planning and logistics expertise directly impact patient care. As Planning & Logistics Manager, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring timely and compliant delivery of RLT products across the region. .

This includes balancing risk and cost based on available production capacity, lead times, and regulatory requirements. Also responsible for supplier management activities such as CAPA investigations, supplier risk assessments, qualification and validation activities, and implementation of logistics projects in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with global/local SOPs and GxP regulations.

About the Role

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage allocation of production orders across multiple production sites considering capacity, lead times, flight schedules, logistics routes, and country-specific regulatory requirements.
  • Develop optimal distribution strategy with proactive planning and appropriate lead-time to ensure compliance and continuity of RLT supplies, emphasizing customer needs, data integrity, and accuracy.
  • Maintain close collaboration with country-level stakeholders, global supply chain teams, RLT Control Tower, order management teams, and manufacturing site teams to develop processes for optimal distribution.
  • Identify, assess, and proactively communicate distribution risks; elaborate contingency plans and mitigation strategies to ensure continuity.
  • Work with suppliers on routing plans to improve performance metrics, including on-time performance, customer satisfaction, and cost reduction.
  • Lead action plans to achieve delivery performance targets and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop cross-functional processes to improve logistics operations.
  • Responsible for quality events, incident investigations, CAPA implementation, qualifications and validations, SOP implementation, change control management, and risk assessments related to logistics processes.
  • Coordinate with Production and Quality departments to ensure relevant activities are completed in line with production needs.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and quality requirements within area of responsibility.

Main Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in engineering or administrative field
  • Minimum 5 years of planning experience, preferably in radiopharmaceutical logistics
  • Proven expertise in B2C logistics and timely delivery operations
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Strong proficiency in planning software tools and document management systems
  • Deep understanding of GMP, regulatory, and quality compliance standards
  • Demonstrated experience in supplier qualification, CAPA, and risk assessments
  • Excellent collaboration skills with global and country-level stakeholders
