About the Role
Major Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and data integration solutions using tools like Informatica or equivalent.
- Write and optimize R and Python scripts for data transformation, cleansing, and automation.
- Work with Oracle and SQL Server databases to extract, transform, and load data efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions aligned with business needs.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems.
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage and execute projects effectively.
- Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in ETL and data integration roles.
- Proficiency in R scripting and Python scripting.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or similar.
- Solid understanding of SDLC principles and software engineering best practices.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and traditional Waterfall project execution.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
