About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver below customer requirements as agreed SLAs -Deliver services through structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables for quality and accuracy are of the highest order.
- On-time project delivery within stipulated deadlines -Support in creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) -Support in developing and maintaining knowledge repositories that captures qualitative and quantitative reports.
- Participate in various knowledge sharing sessions that
- Good customer satisfaction scores - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders / projects - Delivery on time
Essential Skills
- Education (minimum/desirable): MBA with Graduate / Postgraduate in Medicine (MD/MBBS/BDS) Pharmacy / Life Sciences
- Experience: Experience (1-3 years) in business analytics in a market research firm or pharmaceutical company or Pharma KPO
- Should understand pharmaceutical business including its regulatory environment
- Strong analytical thinking with problem solving approach, should have worked in an international company with exposure to working in cross-cultural environment
- Strong and proactive business results-focus, and proven track record to provide insights that increase productivity
