We are seeking a dynamic and strategic SSO Site Partnership Manager to lead and optimize partnerships with key clinical trial sites. This role is pivotal in enhancing site performance, accelerating study start-up, and ensuring high-quality execution across our clinical portfolio. You will serve as the single point of contact for assigned sites, driving engagement and operational excellence to position Novartis as the partner of choice in clinical research.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored Site Partnership Strategy Plans for assigned key accounts.
- Act as the single point of contact for all study-overarching topics across therapeutic areas at assigned sites.
- Define and track success metrics such as patient density, portfolio volume, and start-up timelines.
- Support early site engagement and optimize site readiness and patient recruitment.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Feasibility, Contracting, Quality) to streamline start-up processes.
- Analyze site performance data to identify strengths, gaps, and capacity for improvement.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing across Novartis departments.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in scientific or health discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in clinical research, including project oversight or monitoring.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills in a matrix environment.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical development, GCP/ICH, and regulatory requirements (FDA/EMA).
- Proven negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
